"Pretty good trampoline for the price"
After looking around at a few different trampoline sites, we ended up going with Propel Trampolines. I can’t say there was one super technical reason, it just kind of felt like the better choice for the price. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, but my gut told me the really low-priced ones might not hold up as well.
Putting it together took a little longer than we expected, but it wasn’t a huge hassle. The kids have been on it almost every day, and so far it feels sturdy and seems to be holding up nicely. Overall, I’m happy with it.
"Easier to assemble than I expected"
I was a little nervous about putting this together and kept worrying we’d be missing a part or get stuck halfway through, but it went smoothly. My brother helped me and we had it set up in a couple of hours. The instructions were clear enough, and thankfully everything we needed was in the box. Definitely way less stressful than I thought it would be.
"Delivery took a little longer than expected"
The trampoline arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. For me, the frustrating part was the shipping. It took longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Not a huge deal in the end, but it was a bit annoying while waiting.

"Customer service was fine, just a little slow"
I reached out to Propel Trampolines with a question about my order, and the reply wasn’t exactly quick. I mean, it wasn’t terrible, but I did find myself checking back more than I thought I would.
They did get back to me eventually, and the person who helped was polite and answered what I asked. I had to send a follow-up first though, so, actually, I guess that’s the part that made it feel a bit drawn out.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I got the information I needed in the end, but the response time could definitely be better.

"The main thing I noticed is that..."
The main thing I noticed is that it just feels solid, you know? The kids seem comfortable with it and I’m not constantly hovering or worrying, which is a nice change. It doesn’t feel wobbly or sketchy, just safe and steady, and that’s pretty much what I was hoping for.
